TorkLift F2004 Front Frame-Mounted Camper Tie Downs
The F2004 is a left/right front pair of standard-steel frame-mounted camper tie downs for select 2004–2005 Ford F-150 pickups with a 6.5-foot bed. TorkLift specifically excludes Stepside beds. Confirm the body style on a 2004 truck, particularly if it is a Heritage/older-body model; matching the model year and bed length alone is not enough to establish fit.
A Vehicle-Specific Front Mount
The brackets use the truck frame for the front camper connection rather than bed sheet metal. Two removable inserts provide attachment points while hauling and can be taken out when the camper is unloaded. TorkLift describes a no-drill installation on its listed F2004 applications; use the supplied instruction sheet and hardware for the exact truck. If running boards extend onto the bed or accessories crowd the mounting area, confirm clearance in the current Fit Finder before ordering.
Complete the Four-Point Setup
- This package supplies the front pair, removable inserts and vehicle-specific bolt/accessory hardware.
- The appropriate rear tie-down pair depends on the truck and its rear hitch, and is not included.
- Four properly matched spring-loaded turnbuckles are also separate and connect front and rear tie downs to the camper anchors.
F2004 is not the 5.5- or 8-foot-bed front kit. Confirm truck payload and axle limits for the fully loaded camper before travel.
