The TorkLift C3221 is a standard-steel rear frame-mounted pair for select 2020–2027 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 Single Rear Wheel (SRW) trucks. Supported applications include 6.75-foot and 8-foot beds, depending on the vehicle's configuration. The truck-specific receivers create rear anchor points for a slide-in camper without relying on the pickup bed or bumper.
Confirmed Fitment
- Select 2020–2027 Chevrolet/GMC 2500 and 3500 pickups with Single Rear Wheels and a supported 6.75- or 8-foot bed.
- Rear pair only: one tie down for each side of the truck; not a front kit.
- Hitch style and installed accessories affect which rear part number fits. Verify the exact truck through the Fit Finder.
- A 3500 Dual Rear Wheel 8-foot-bed truck is a different application; evaluate C3222 instead.

Included and Required
The kit provides driver- and passenger-side rear receivers, removable inserts with retaining pins and clips, vehicle-specific fasteners and accessories, and installation instructions. It does not include the front tie downs or turnbuckles. Choose a compatible front pair and four properly rated spring-loaded turnbuckles to connect all four camper corners.
Installation and Fitment Notes
- Check receiver-hitch clearance and any nearby exhaust hanger, spare-tire safety cable, or other equipment as directed by the C3221/C3222 installation sheet.
- Test-fit both inserts, then follow the supplied instruction sheet and torque specifications before carrying a camper.
