TorkLift S9012 Hook-to-Hook Replacement Turnbuckle
The TorkLift S9012 is one heavy-duty forged-steel hook-to-hook turnbuckle. TorkLift lists this part as the style included in its S9000 Basic SpringLoad Kit, making it useful when a matching turnbuckle needs replacement. It is a mechanical connector only: this individual SKU does not include a spring-loaded canister or a complete camper tie-down kit.
Confirmed Fitment
- Replacement hook-to-hook turnbuckle for an appropriate S9000 Basic SpringLoad arrangement, subject to the existing chain, canister and anchor hardware.
- Check the hooks, adjustment reach and connection geometry of the actual setup before ordering; this is not an automatic replacement for eye-to-eye S9011 or a FastGun.
- For a truck camper, use only with a correctly specified spring-loaded system at the anchor points; the S9012 part itself has no spring.

One S9012 hook-to-hook forged-steel turnbuckle. The S9000 kit's spring-loaded canister, quick link, chain, second turnbuckle, tie-down brackets and other four-corner connections are separate and are not represented as included with this single part.
Installation and Fitment Notes
- A rigid replacement S9012 by itself cannot provide spring travel; retain or obtain the correctly specified SpringLoad canister and associated hardware for a spring-loaded camper installation.
- Compare the existing component's hook orientation, adjustment length, thread condition and chain/hardware before replacing it.
- Install and tension the complete camper restraint system according to TorkLift and the camper maker's instructions.
Before You Order
Order S9012 only if you need one hook-to-hook component. For the two-corner Basic SpringLoad kit with two canisters, two turnbuckles, chain and quick links, choose S9000 instead. The earlier generic store copy incorrectly implied that S9012 itself was spring-loaded.
