TorkLift S9000 Basic SpringLoad Kit for Two Camper Anchor Points
The TorkLift S9000 Basic SpringLoad Kit connects a truck camper to compatible tie-down anchors at two corners. Its external spring canisters provide the suspension missing from a rigid turnbuckle alone, helping reduce stress at the camper anchor points as the truck and camper move in transit. This is a pair kit, not a complete four-corner set.
Confirmed Fitment
- For two compatible truck camper tie-down and camper anchor connections with suitable geometry and chain reach; check the actual distance at each corner.
- The spring canister attaches to the end of the tie-down, with the supplied chain and forged hook-to-hook turnbuckle completing the connection to the camper.
- Two S9000 kits are needed for four corners if this system is used at every anchor point; frame-mounted tie downs themselves are purchased separately.

Included and Required
One S9000 kit contains two quick links, two spring-loaded canisters, two heavy-duty forged-steel turnbuckles and 24 inches of corrosion-resistant marine-grade chain, as listed by TorkLift. It serves two camper anchor points. Truck-mounted tie-down brackets and a second S9000 kit for the remaining two corners are not included.
Installation and Fitment Notes
- Position each canister toward its camper anchor point and adjust the chain for the required reach; follow the current TorkLift instructions rather than guessing chain length or tension.
- TorkLift's S9000 FAQ describes an approximately 1/8-inch eyebolt rise from the canister as its indicator for about 300 pounds of pull at an anchor point. Follow your camper manufacturer's specified tension, and do not confuse pounds of pull with bolt torque.
- Check all four corners and connection hardware before travel; a non-spring turnbuckle alone does not replace the SpringLoad canister.

Measure each connection and confirm compatible tie-down and camper anchor points. This listing supplies two spring-loaded connections only, not four. The separately sold S9012 is one replacement hook-to-hook forged turnbuckle, not the S9000 pair kit or a standalone spring-loaded assembly.
