TorkLift D4100 Front Camper Tie Downs
The D4100 is a standard-steel, front frame-mounted pair for selected older Dodge/Ram pickups with an 8-foot bed and running boards or bed-access steps extending beyond the cab onto the bed. The year, cab and engine limits differ for the 1500 and heavy-duty trucks; this is not a universal 1994–2002 Ram fit.

- 1994–2002 Dodge/Ram 2500 and 3500: the current TorkLift listing covers 4x2 or 4x4, gas or diesel, 8-foot bed, with listed Regular/Quad Cabs and a narrower 1995–1997 Club Cab range.
- 1994–2001 Dodge/Ram 1500: the current listing covers 4x2 or 4x4 gas trucks with an 8-foot bed; its Club Cab range is 1995–1998. Verify the exact year and cab, especially on a 1500.
TorkLift's application guide assigns D4100 to the full-length running-board/bed-step column for these older 8-foot-bed trucks. A truck without steps extending onto the bed may call for another front kit. Check the actual step brackets and TorkLift Find Your Fit before purchase.
Front Pair and Installation
The kit provides two frame brackets, removable front inserts and application hardware. The matching rear pair and four suitable spring-loaded camper turnbuckles are separate. The older application guide warns that drilling and running-board bracket changes may be required on this application; follow the D4100 instructions and the truck's payload limits.
