TorkLift D3109 Rear Camper Tie Downs for Dodge/Ram Trucks
The TorkLift D3109 is a standard-steel rear frame-mounted tie-down pair for select 2003–2018 Dodge/Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks and 2004–2008 Dodge/Ram 1500 trucks. Supported applications have a 6.5- or 8-foot bed, depending on the exact truck. The rear anchors connect the camper to vehicle-specific frame-area mounting points rather than relying on the bed or bumper.

- Select 2003–2018 Dodge/Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks with supported 6.5- or 8-foot beds; year, cab and rear-wheel setup vary by application.
- Select 2004–2008 Dodge/Ram 1500 applications are also listed. This does not make D3109 universal across all three models or every year.
- TorkLift lists Regular, Quad, Crew and Mega Cab applications depending on the model, year and rear-wheel configuration.
- The hitch and rear step are critical: see the fitment notes before ordering. This kit supplies rear tie downs only.

Included and Required
D3109 includes left and right rear mounting brackets, two removable tie-down inserts, retaining pins and clips, vehicle-specific mounting hardware, and printed instructions. The correct front tie-down pair and four properly rated spring-loaded turnbuckles are separate purchases for a complete four-corner camper connection.
Installation and Fitment Notes
- TorkLift's D3109 FAQ says the kit can install with the usual factory welded hitch or an aftermarket hitch of the described layout; send photos to TorkLift if the assembly differs.
- The FAQ says D3109 is not compatible with the rear under-bumper kick-out step. Upgrading to a SuperHitch changes the rear tie-down application; use Fit Finder to choose the replacement part.
- Follow the D3109 instruction sheet and its torque specifications. Check hitch, spare-tire and step clearance before final tightening.

Confirm year, Dodge/Ram 1500/2500/3500 model, cab, 6.5- or 8-foot bed, rear-wheel setup, exact hitch and rear step in TorkLift's Fit Finder. Check payload against loaded camper weight separately. The old store title only mentioned a 2014–2018 Ram 2500 8-foot bed, omitting many supported applications. D3109 is the standard-steel version; D3109A Talon is a different product.
