Included and Required
The D2142 kit supplies a left and right front tie-down assembly, removable inserts with retaining pins and clips, application-specific bolt/accessory hardware, and installation instructions. The correct rear pair and four properly rated spring-loaded turnbuckles are needed for a complete four-corner camper connection and are sold separately.
Installation and Fitment Notes
- Measure the full-length boards or bed-access steps and check that their mounts do not obstruct the frame brackets or inserts.
- Follow the D2142 installation instructions and specified torque values. Choose rear tie downs using the installed hitch, not the bed length alone.

The earlier store title excluded 2500 and stopped at 2023. The manufacturer's detailed list adds 2500 6.5-foot-bed trucks with full-length steps, even though its main 8-foot-bed specification is narrower.
