TorkLift D2140A Talon Front Camper Tie Downs
D2140A is an aluminum-and-stainless-steel Talon front frame-mounted pair for selected 2019–2027 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks. The manufacturer's D2140A specifications identify Ram 2500 trucks with supported 6.5- or 8-foot beds and Ram 3500 trucks with a supported 8-foot bed. Year, cab and other equipment still determine the exact fit. D2140 is the separate steel material option.
Match the Exact Truck
The D2140A listing names select Crew Cab, Mega Cab and Regular Cab applications depending on year and configuration. The detailed D2140 family list covers trucks without running boards or with boards ending at the cab. It also has some Ram 3500 6.5-foot entries that are not in the D2140A product-specific key specifications; do not assume that bed/series combination is supported by this Talon SKU. A full-length board or bed-access step can require a different front bracket. Confirm the exact year, model, cab, bed and board configuration in TorkLift Find Your Fit before ordering, especially for 2027.
Talon Front Kit
The kit supplies left/right front receivers, removable inserts, application hardware and a Tie Down Finishing Kit for the receivers when the inserts are out. TorkLift lists no drilling for supported applications. Select the rear pair for the truck and installed hitch and four suitable spring-loaded turnbuckles separately. Follow the vehicle-specific instructions and camper payload limits.
