TorkLift D2124 Front Frame-Mounted Tie Downs for Ram 3500
The TorkLift D2124 is a standard-steel front frame-mounted camper tie-down pair for selected 2013–2018 Dodge/Ram 3500 trucks with an 8-foot bed. It provides two front connection points at the truck frame instead of the bed. TorkLift offers a separate Talon D2124A material version; this listing is the non-stainless D2124.
Confirmed Fitment
- Select 2013–2018 Dodge/Ram 3500 pickups with a factory 8-foot bed. TorkLift's application guide explicitly lists Crew Cab single- and dual-rear-wheel configurations in covered model years.
- Cab, engine, rear-wheel arrangement and running boards can change the required front part. The guide lists D2127 for some 2014–2015 3500 8-foot trucks whose running boards extend beyond the cab; some Regular Cab diesel configurations list D2129.
- This is the front pair only. Select a rear pair separately according to the truck's hitch and current TorkLift Fit Finder.

Included and Required
D2124 includes two front frame-mounted receivers, two removable inserts, retaining pins/clips and an application-specific hardware pack. TorkLift's installation overview identifies clamp straps, bolts, washers and spacers; check the instruction sheet and packing list delivered with the exact kit. Matching rear tie downs and four properly rated spring-loaded turnbuckles are separate.
Installation and Fitment Notes
- The D2124 installation overview uses the forward bed-mount bolt with front and rear clamp straps on the example Ram 3500. Follow the supplied vehicle-specific instructions for exact fasteners, orientation and torque rather than the general overview alone.
- Check running-board length, cab and gas/diesel configuration in Fit Finder before purchase. A shared 8-foot bed and model year do not establish a universal D2124 fit.
- Secure each removable insert with its pin and clip; verify clearance from wiring and other underbody equipment and confirm loaded truck payload separately.

Confirm the exact 2013–2018 Ram 3500 configuration in TorkLift Fit Finder, especially Crew versus Regular Cab, single versus dual rear wheels, gas or diesel and whether running boards extend onto the bed.
