TorkLift D2105 Front Camper Tie Downs for Ram 1500
The D2105 is a steel front tie-down pair for selected Ram 1500 pickups. Its frame-mounted receivers and removable straight inserts provide two front connections for a truck camper.
Application and Fitment
- Listed application: 2002–2008 Ram 1500, 4WD, gas engine, 6.5-ft bed.
- TorkLift’s application guide excludes Mega Cab. Confirm the exact cab before purchase.
- Running boards must not continue past the cab onto the bed. These sources do not establish fit on custom frames or flatbed conversions.

Included and Required
- Front receiver pair, two straight inserts, retaining pins and the application-specific hardware kit.
- The correct rear pair and four spring-loaded turnbuckles are separate. Check the current packing list before installation.
Installation and Fitment Notes
- The archived D2105 instructions specify at least 2 in between the turnbuckle connection and bed wall, with approximately 1 in between the insert and bed lip or accessory. Follow the current kit instructions if revised.
- Use only D2105 mounting and torque instructions. Do not borrow the neighboring SKU’s insert geometry or torque.
- The archived manual warns against carrying a camper on a loose drop-in plastic bed liner and recommends a rubber bed mat.
