The TorkLift C3217 supplies the rear pair of standard-steel frame-mounted truck camper tie downs for select 2015–2019 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 3500 dual-rear-wheel trucks with an 8-foot bed. TorkLift's application listing shows the factory-hitch configuration for this part. The brackets provide rear attachment points at the truck frame, with removable inserts that can be taken out when the camper is off the truck. This is the steel C3217 pair; the aluminum/stainless Talon C3217A is a separate product.
Confirmed Fitment
- Confirm a 2015–2019 Silverado or Sierra 3500 DRW with an 8-foot bed. A single-rear-wheel 3500 or a 2500 uses a different application; matching the year and bed alone is insufficient.
- The manufacturer's C3217 list specifies a factory hitch. Check the actual installed receiver and any aftermarket or SuperHitch equipment with TorkLift's current Fit Finder; hitch configuration changes rear tie-down selection.
- Verify cab, drive configuration, frame and any upfit or underbody interference for the exact truck before ordering. The rear pair must be paired with its separately selected front kit.

Included and Required
One C3217 rear pair with its manufacturer-specified mounting hardware and removable inserts. The front tie-down pair and four spring-loaded turnbuckles for a typical four-corner camper setup are purchased separately. C3217A Talon components are not included; do not treat the two material versions as the same SKU.
Installation and Fitment Notes
- Use the current TorkLift Fit Finder and C3217 installation sheet to check the factory hitch, frame attachment points and any accessory interference. Do not substitute this DRW kit for an SRW application.
- Follow the included hardware orientation and torque instructions. Fully seat and pin each removable insert before attaching the camper's turnbuckles.
- Check the truck's payload and camper rating, and select the correct front kit and spring-loaded turnbuckles independently. A compatible bracket does not increase the truck's rated carrying capacity.
