TorkLift C3205 Rear Tie Downs for Chevy and GMC Trucks
The TorkLift C3205 is a pair of standard-steel, frame-mounted rear camper tie downs for select 1999–2007 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500/2500 trucks with a 6.5-foot bed. The two-piece receiver and removable insert arrangement gives a slide-in camper dedicated rear anchor points. This SKU is C3205 steel; the corrosion-resistant Talon C3205A uses different materials and is a separate product.
Confirmed Fitment
- Check the exact Silverado or Sierra model and body style in TorkLift's Fit Finder. The current C3205 page lists select 1999–2007 1500 and 2500 Silverado HD configurations with a 6.5-foot bed; do not extend this claim to every 3500 or 8-foot-bed truck.
- Rear tie downs are sensitive to the hitch installed on the truck. Confirm factory, aftermarket or SuperHitch receiver details and other underbody equipment against the application guide before ordering.
- This is the driver- and passenger-side rear pair only. Match a separate front pair to the exact truck, and verify truck payload for the loaded camper.

Included and Required
The C3205 rear kit includes two vehicle-specific brackets, removable inserts with retaining pins and clips, and the application hardware and instructions described by TorkLift. A complete camper restraint setup also needs the correct front tie-down pair and four spring-loaded camper turnbuckles. Those parts are separate; this rear kit does not replace them.
Installation and Fitment Notes
- Use the supplied C3205 diagrams and torque chart; hitch replacements or frame alterations can change the required rear application.
- Before final tightening, test that the inserts slide and pin freely and that hitch, wiring, exhaust and steps have the clearance stated in the instruction sheet.
- Do not assume that a matching bed length alone establishes fit. The earlier listing named only 2001–2006 HD/3500 trucks, while the current manufacturer overview describes a broader 1500/2500 set and requires configuration-level confirmation.
