A7712RS is a black PowerArmor Solar DH locking battery box with a 10-watt panel on the lid for maintenance charging. TorkLift publishes an interior of 23-5/8 x 7-3/8 x 12-9/16 inches and an exterior of 23-7/8 x 8-3/16 x 14-1/4 inches.
Application and Fitment
- The PowerArmor family accommodates select 12-volt Group 24–31 and 6-volt T105 or SC2 batteries; check the actual case and terminal dimensions against this DH box.
- Verify the available mounting footprint on the RV, camper bumper, trailer tongue, truck or van, plus access to the sliding lid.
- Allow room for ventilation, protected wiring, solar exposure and battery service.

TorkLift lists the DH box, lock, battery hold-down straps, mounting hardware, acid-neutralizing mat and 10-watt solar panel. Batteries are separate. A7712R is the distinct non-solar version with a lower published exterior height.
Installation and Fitment Notes
- Bolt the box to a suitable structural surface, following current manufacturer and vehicle instructions.
- Account for the 14-1/4-inch exterior height and clearance to slide the solar lid and remove batteries.
- Use the battery manufacturer’s instructions for charging, ventilation, cable protection and any needed regulator.
