TorkLift A7712R PowerArmor DH Battery Box
The TorkLift A7712R is a lockable PowerArmor DH battery box for a trailer, RV or other structurally suitable mount. TorkLift lists an exterior size of 23-7/8 × 8-3/16 × 13 inches and an interior size of 23-5/8 × 7-3/8 × 12-9/16 inches. The sliding top locks for battery security but remains accessible for routine service. This is the non-solar A7712R version; the A7712RS has a solar panel and a different exterior height.
Confirmed Fitment
- Measure the mounting platform, nearby bodywork and room to slide the lid against the full 23-7/8-inch exterior length. Check fastening support for the box and the loaded batteries.
- Use the interior dimensions to confirm actual battery cases, terminal height, straps and wiring clearance. TorkLift describes its line for supported 6- and 12-volt applications, but battery quantity and orientation depend on actual sizes.
- Choose a safe route through the rear wiring opening, and leave adequate ventilation and access under the battery manufacturer's instructions. The box is not a vehicle-year-specific kit.

Included and Required
One A7712R PowerArmor DH box, lock, battery hold-down straps, mounting hardware and acid-neutralizing mat according to TorkLift's DH kit list. Batteries, cables, fuses and electrical installation parts are separate. No solar panel is included; the solar A7712RS is another SKU.
Installation and Fitment Notes
- Check battery case and terminal dimensions, not only a group designation. Ensure the lid closes without contacting terminals or the routed cables.
- Fasten to an appropriate structure using the manufacturer's guidance, and follow the battery maker's ventilation, charging and electrical protection requirements.
- TorkLift's A7708R has a longer 26-3/4-inch exterior; do not interchange the two models by their similar names. Also check solar versus non-solar suffix before purchase.
