TorkLift A75001 Universal GlowStep Mounting Bracket
A75001 is the separate universal surface mounting bracket for compatible TorkLift GlowStep Original scissor stairs. Use it as a replacement or add a second mounting point on another camper, RV or trailer so the same GlowStep assembly can be moved between them. The stair assembly itself is sold separately.
Application and Fitment
- For compatible GlowStep Original steps that attach with the removable clevis-pin mounting arrangement. Confirm the step assembly and current instructions.
- TorkLift lists a flat mounting area 20 inches wide by 1 inch high for GlowStep Original. Check the underlying structure and installation clearances.
- A full two-through-six-step GlowStep Original kit already includes one universal surface bracket; this A75001 listing is for an additional or replacement bracket.

Included and Required
TorkLift Central lists one GlowStep mounting bracket with mounting hardware; its description also refers to clevis pins for attaching the stair assembly. Check the actual package and current instructions for the hardware used on your RV surface. GlowStep stairs and the structural RV mounting surface are separate.
Installation and Fitment Notes
- Mount the bracket only to a suitable structural area following the step and RV makers’ instructions; a 20-by-1-inch flat area alone does not establish structural strength.
- Check door swing, deployed step position, ground contact and the removable pin connection before using the stairs.
- Follow the complete GlowStep system’s load rating. The mounting bracket does not have a separate stair capacity to substitute for it.

Confirm your existing stairs use the GlowStep Original universal bracket, then measure the second RV or replacement mounting area. A75001 is the bracket accessory, not the three-step or six-step stair kit.
